Program Director Department: ERP Program Office
Job Summary:
- The role involves supporting Project Managers and cross-functional teams in the ERP Program Office by analyzing key documents, aiding project execution, and facilitating planning activities.
- It requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities include document analysis, program execution support, workshop coordination, data analysis, and creating presentations.
- The role also involves developing tracking mechanisms for KPIs, milestones, and risk assessments, and ensuring effective communication among program teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (Master’s degree in a related field is an asset)
- SCADA, PLC, and PI Experience: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing SCADA systems, PLCs, and PI systems to optimize industrial processes.
- Experience in Solution Architecture: Proven experience in designing and implementing architecture solutions for complex business problems. Ability to define and implement architecture solutions that incorporate cloud services, APIs, COTS solutions, and custom applications to meet business requirements.
- API Integration: Experience in designing and integrating APIs to enable seamless communication between various systems and applications.
- COTS and Custom Applications: Knowledge of selecting and integrating Commercial Off-The-Shelf solutions and developing custom applications tailored to specific business needs. Familiarity with SAP systems (nice to have) and the ability to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems will be an advantage.
- Data Integration, Migration, and Design: the ability to seamlessly combine data from various sources, accurately transfer data between systems, and create effective data architectures that support business needs.
- Security Design: Ability to define and implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Industry Standard Certification: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CISSP or equivalent are nice to have.
